This information is collected through Google Analytics, described below.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate the website and respond to inquiries:

  • Scheduling/contact form: the Jane App (HIPAA-compliant, BAA in place)

Where these vendors handle any data that could constitute PHI, we maintain Business Associate Agreements (BAAs) as required by HIPAA.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect website-collected information, including SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission, access controls, and regular security review of vendors. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Data Retention

We retain website-collected information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

  • Contact form submissions: retained for up to 2 years from last contact, then deleted unless you become a client (in which case retention is governed by clinical record requirements)
  • Analytics data: retained according to Google Analytics default settings (currently 14 months)
  • Email communications: retained according to standard business records practices

  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete website-collected information (subject to legal retention requirements; this right does not extend to clinical records, which are governed by state law and our NPP)
